We are looking for committee members who have an interest and/or expertise in select areas (i.e., landscape, gardening, architecture, etc.) To find out more and/ or join a committee or task force, contact Abaris Real Estate Management at 301-468-8919 or customercare@abarisrealty.com.
Rules & Regulations Committee
This ad-hoc committee first met on September 1, 2024, and was created by the board to review our community’s Rules & Regulations and any supplementing policies to put forward recommendations. The Rules & Regulations extend & clarify the restrictions codified in our Declaration of Covenants (along with any amendments). Compared to the covenants, which require a majority quorum to amend, the Rules & Regulations can be updated by a majority of the board. The committee is composed of volunteer homeowner neighbors who responded to a call from the board for this effort. Click here to read more about this Committee!
